All tangible items and services provided within the Navajo Nation's territorial jurisdiction are subject to the 6% Navajo sales tax. The successful firm will procure and maintain adequate insurance coverage. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to reject any proposal due to procurement improprieties or noncompliance with Navajo Nation or federal regulations.

The Navajo Nation Department of Child Care and Development (DCCD) is seeking proposals for fire inspection services at various child care centers. The bid deadline is June 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM MDT. Vendors must be licensed, bonded, and have general liability insurance. A written workplan schedule must be provided, and services must be performed Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 11 AM, and/or 2 PM and 5 PM. Vendors must comply with all applicable codes and standards, including Navajo Nation Occupational Safety and Health Administration (NNOHSA) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Inspection reports and invoices must be submitted to the DCCD facility maintenance and/or planner estimator. Vendors are responsible for the disposal of damaged and replaced materials to an approved environmental protection agency landfill, off the Navajo reservation. Vendors must respond to all requested emergency services within 24 hours upon notification. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and transportation. The contract term is approximately four years with an option for a negotiable contract or a purchase order. The proposal must include detailed information on approach to scope of work, providing service and delivery, inspection with report, credentials, and past performance. The technical proposal factors will be rated on a scale of **** with weight relations. Cost factors will be evaluated for reasonableness, realism, and cost-effectiveness. The proposal must include detailed cost for the overall proposal with Navajo Nation tax included. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to incorporate standard contract provisions into any contract negotiations. The Navajo Nation is a sovereign government and all contracts entered into as a result of the RFP shall comply with Navajo Nation law, rules and regulations, including the Navajo preference in employment act, the Navajo Nation business opportunity act, 5 N. N. C. 201 et. seq. , Navajo procurement act, 12 N. N. C. 301, and applicable federal law, rules and regulations, 45 CFR part **** C 45 health safety requirements regarding building and physical premises safety.

The Navajo Department of Emergency Management (NDEM) is seeking proposals for four mobile radios and five portable radios. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Savings Time on July 8, 2025. The selection criteria include responsiveness, price, and ability/experience. The equipment must be delivered to the Window Rock fleet management office. The Navajo Nation will use a purchase order and require a W9 form. Additional documents, including commercial client references, are required. The successful proposer must align their invoice to the exact verbiage contained in the purchase order. The NDEM requires that all its vendors have a Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service form W9 on file with the NPD to accommodate payment. Itemized billings shall be submitted upon completion containing information specified by the NDEM as described in exhibit A. The equipment must be delivered in a timely manner. The bid price shall be f. o. b. to the Window Rock fleet management office, Arizona. The vehicle shall be free from any purchase money or other lien or security interest. The Navajo nation shall receive, at the time of delivery, all pertinent documents necessary for titling and licensing vehicles, documents include the manufactures statement of origin, odometer statement. The Navajo nation will be responsible for registering the vehicle.

The selected firm will provide ten Cisco Meraki network switches. Proposals will be evaluated based on a 100-point system outlined in the RFP. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to incorporate contract provisions based on applicable requirements, such as Navajo Nation laws, federal, state, and local requirements, and the Navajo Business and Procurement Act, and the Navajo Business Opportunity Act. All work within the Navajo Nation is subject to a 6% Navajo sales tax. The successful firm must procure and maintain adequate insurance. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to reject any proposed bid prior to execution.
