The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder whose evaluation indicates the award will be in the best interest of the project, considering qualifications, responsiveness, and financial ability.
Bidders must demonstrate successful completion of three municipal projects of similar size and scope within the past five years and have been in business for at least five years. They may also be required to submit a bidder evaluation form.
A field site visit will be conducted following the mandatory pre-bid meeting for all attendees participating in person.
Failure to comply with bid requirements, including bid security, or declining to make a requested subcontractor substitution may lead to disqualification or forfeiture of bid security.
