The proposal due date is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST.

The Brighton Police Department shall not be responsible for payment of towing or storage charges. The carrier shall collect all fees directly from the vehicle owner, lienholder, or authorized agent.

The city of Brighton intends to award a contract to the contractor whose response has been deemed the most responsive and responsible of those received by the city's designated evaluation committee.

Vendors must hold all required state and local licenses, including PUC certification, comply with PUC rule ****, maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and demonstrate no regulatory violations, fines, or suspensions within the past two years.

City staff may inspect facilities prior to making an award for these services as well as during the duration of the contract term.

Initiating contact with anyone other than the designated point of contact will result in disqualification of the respondent's proposal.

The City of Lincoln Park will receive sealed bids until Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. , local time. No bids will be received after that time.

A prebid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 10 a. m. local time at City of Lincoln Park, Council Chambers, **** Southfield Road, Lincoln Park, MI. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference, but attendance is not mandatory.

The bid notice does not mention the submission of samples.

The deadline for submitting sealed bids is June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Invoicing for payments will be made 100% upon completion of the scope of work and acceptance by the city.

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a written guarantee/warranty covering the products against defects in workmanship, components, and performance, and follow-up support after items are received.

Considerations for awarding contracts will include price, product quality, service, delivery, and maintenance of products and/or services, adherence to specifications, past performance to the city, vendor/contractor reliability, warranties and familiarity with the projects and the facilities of the city.

The bidder shall complete a qualification questionnaire to contain at a minimum specific company information, experience, and references, including at least four references of recent contracts comparable in scope to this RFP, one of which must be a municipality or local government, for work performed within the past three years.

If the selected vendor/contractor defaults or neglects to carry out the scope of work and sections referenced therein, in accordance with the awarded contract, and/or fails to perform any provision of the awarded contract, the city may, after seven (7) days written notice to the selected vendor/contractor and without prejudice to any other remedy it may have, make good such deficiencies and may deduct the cost thereof from the payment then or thereafter due the selected vendor/contractor or, at its option, may terminate the awarded contract.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Wixom City Hall, **** Pontiac Trail, Wixom, MI ****.

General questions or clarifications regarding this RFP should be directed by email no later than Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The city of Wixom reserves the right to reject any bid which is not submitted on and/or supported by a bill of materials.

The quotation due date is June 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Award of contract, if made, shall be made within sixty 60 days to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting the specifications and requirements of the RFQ and having the lowest quotation and satisfactory qualifications and performance record.

A qualified vendor is one determined by the district to meet standards of business competence, reputation, financial ability, and product quality.

Final questions deadline is June 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Any material misrepresentation or material falsification of information provided to the district in the quotation submission, or at any point in the quotation evaluation process is basis for rejection of the quotation.

The deadline for proposal submission is 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Proposals must be received by this time and date; the city will not accept a postmark as evidence of delivery.

The bid notice does not explicitly detail payment terms for the awarded contract, but it mentions that the consultant shall be compensated according to the progress payment schedule set forth in Exhibit D upon completion of a percentage of each noted phase, with payment due no later than thirty (30) days following submission of a written, verified billing.

The award will be based on a weighted evaluation of criteria including merit of proposal submittal (15%), firm qualifications and personnel expertise (30%), understanding of project (20%), ability to meet city schedule (15%), record of past performance and references (15%), and local vendor preference (5%).

To be considered responsive and eligible for evaluation, responding firms must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications in municipal facility planning, facility assessments, and corporation yard or operations facility master planning, including experience with facility condition assessments, operational space programming, and stakeholder coordination.

The bid notice mentions that material misrepresentation or falsification of information is grounds for rejection of the proposal or termination of the contract. It also states that failure to adhere to the policy of not contacting other city personnel may be grounds for rejection of proposals.

An informational proposer conference will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Interested proposers are encouraged to participate in this non-mandatory virtual conference.

The bid notice does not require the submission of samples.

Questions and clarifications regarding the bid document should be addressed no later than Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Risks for disqualification include submitting proposals after the deadline, failing to adhere to the policy of not contacting city personnel, material misrepresentation or falsification of information, being a target of economic sanctions against Russia, or failing to provide required insurance.
