The Western Virginia Water Authority is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide septic hauling services.

All contractors physicians shall be board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Hematology and Medical Oncology and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency.
