Responses must be received by TWC by October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a. m. Central Time. Responses received after the deadline specified in table 3: schedule of events will be rejected and will not be evaluated.

Questions must be submitted by October 07, 2026 at 5:00 p. m. Central Time. questions must be submitted through the twc procurement portal. . . by the deadline established in table 3: schedule of events.

Responses may be disqualified for failure to comply with submission requirements, including a response without the required signatures is not responsive to the solicitation and will be disqualified. Prohibited communication with TWC may also result in disqualification.

The payment terms are net 30 days as stated in the input.
