The district anticipates that implementation activities would begin in January 2027, and the district would like to target July 2028 go-live for all modules. A comprehensive warranty satisfactory to the district is sought for all software and implementation services, including a first-year warranty for hardware and software to conform to agreed specifications and protect against defects. Proposers must be capable of satisfying the district's needs for ERP software and consulting services. They must comply with Colorado state laws, all applicable local, state, and federal laws, and all terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the RFP. Failure to comply with noncollusion affirmations may result in the district rejecting the proposal, terminating the contract, or considering the proposer in default. Responses must be submitted electronically via the City of New Bedford solicitation webpage on Bidnet Direct until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

The City shall make all reasonable efforts to process payments within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of each invoice.

The contract will be awarded to the qualified, responsible and responsive proposer providing the most advantageous proposal meeting the specifications within this RFP and taking into consideration all required qualifications, submission requirements and selection criteria set forth in the RFP.

Proposers must be properly licensed and registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to perform the work. They must also demonstrate financial capability, qualifications, and experience in providing the work described in the RFP.

Emailed and/or faxed responses will not be accepted. Failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in your submission being rejected as nonresponsive.
