Vendors must be qualified and specializing in ambulance billing services. dawson county board of commissioners is issuing this rfp to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors specializing in ambulance billing services.

Resident insurance companies shall be responsible for payment of services. Contractor personnel must be licensed pharmacists or registered nurses in the state of contract performance (Washington, DC). If it is determined by the medical legal review that the standard of care has not been met, or there is substantial evidence of negligence, the contract may be terminated. The government also retains the right to request removal of contractor employees whose actions conflict with government interests.
