Medical Billing Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026. The closing datetime is 10/23/2026 11:59 PM. Please email your written response to the provided address.

The county will consider qualifications, anticipated cost, administrative support, reporting, references, and overall value. The county is not required to select the lowest cost response.

Vendors must provide a brief description of your company and experience working with jails or other public entities and contact information for three comparable client references.

The county reserves the right to reject any or all responses. No other specific disqualification risks are stated.

The county paid approximately $25,**** for outside inmate medical services in 2025. This amount excludes pharmacy costs and is for estimating purposes only.
