The City of Worcester is seeking a responsible bidder to provide property record card digitization and indexing services for approximately 50,000 historic 5x7 property cards. Services include scanning (600 dpi or greater, PDF format), indexing into a searchable database (including property address, map, block, lot), pickup/transport from City Hall basement, and returning digital copies via email/download link and three USB drives. Bids must be submitted by September 1, 2026, at 4:00 p. m. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. A prebid conference is scheduled for August 27, 2026.
