Lamar State College Orange (LSCO) is seeking proposals for advertising and media related services. The contract term is for one year with four optional one-year renewals. Proposals are due by July 31, 2026. The selection will be based on best value, considering factors like price, long-term cost, reputation, past performance, and quality. Subcontracting plans for veteran businesses (VET HUB) are required. LSCO will not reimburse for expenses. Payment terms are net 30 days.
