The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The contractor must have at least two years of experience with carpet cleaning and handling cleaning equipment. They must also provide IICRC carpet cleaning technician certification.

A site visit will be scheduled during this time and will be posted as a separate amendment to this RFQ.
