Building Maintenance Government Bids & RFPs

The base bid work shall be completed within thirty 30 calendar days following issuance of the notice to proceed.

The city shall retain 5 of such estimated value of the work done and materials on hand and shall monthly pay to the contractor, while carrying on the work, the balance not retained.

Proposals in which the prices obviously are unbalanced may be rejected.

Payment method is invoice for work completed.

Award, if made, will be to the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest price or prices.

Bidders must be a California C10 licensed electrician.

The prebid meeting is mandatory, and bidders who did not attend the prebid meeting will be disqualified from submitting bids.
