The deadline for submitting responses to this sources sought notice is 11:00 AM MST on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

The bid notice requests information on company experience in construction and providing comparable services, including details on whether the experience was as a prime contractor or subcontractor, the services provided, and the number of facilities involved. It also asks for information on the financial capacity of the business, including bonding capacity.

The RFI response date is no later than May 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.

The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.

The government is seeking potential sources that may be able to provide engineering and logistical support for the TH1H and UH1N helicopter platforms, including technical expertise and access to proprietary data.

The anticipated repair services will begin FY26 and continue through FY28.

Prospective sources will need to ensure their facility and personnel are qualified to generate and handle classified material as this contract will require the source to have access to secure classified information.

The deadline for proposal submission has been extended to 08 April 2026 at **** MDT.

Travel will be reimbursed at actual costs incurred, in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Other Direct Costs (ODCs) will be reimbursed at actual costs incurred. A not-to-exceed (NTE) ceiling will be established in each task order for both travel and ODCs.

The government will evaluate offers and make an award based on the best value to the government.

The contractor must have demonstrated experience in coordinating tribal surveys and consultation, an understanding of the ethnographic history of the UTTR, the ability to reimburse tribes for expenses and pay, and a principal investigator who meets Secretary of the Interior professional qualification standards. All TCSs must be identified by the corresponding tribal government.

The bid notice states that responses must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM PDT, Friday, April 24th, 2026.

The bid notice requires respondents to provide their name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e mail addresses, business size classification, bonding capability, description of capability to perform the proposed project, and past performance experience on projects of similar scope and magnitude.

The estimated construction magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
