The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for two lots of work: Lot 1 involves Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) services for various public housing properties, and Lot 2 involves RAD Physical Condition Assessment (RPCA) services on an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) basis. For Lot 2, relevant knowledge and extensive experience with HUD's RPCA tool is required.
