Bidders must submit a completed W9 with their bid submission and certify compliance with noncollusion and conflict of interest regulations.
If the successful bidder fails to deliver as ordered, or within the time specified, CITI may purchase from other sources to replace the item and the successful bidder agrees to reimburse CITI for excess costs.
CITI reserves the right to request or review samples of items where an equivalent is bid.
All questions must be submitted at least ten (10) business days prior to the official bid opening.
Failure to fully execute the Bid Proposal Certifications, Noncollusion Bidding Certification, and Conflict of Interest Certification will constitute grounds for rejection of a bid submission.
