Payment will be made via government purchase card (Mastercard). Invoices must be submitted after goods are delivered, inspected, and accepted.

All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and all items shall include a standard warranty.

The government will evaluate quotes based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest overall price.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid business license. They must also be properly insured and have a repair facility within 75 miles of the vehicle inspection location.

The vehicle must be inspected in person. No photos will be provided.

Failure to comply with any and/or all instructions in the RFQ may result in the offeror's quote not being considered. Failure to respond will be considered concurrence.
