Dental assistants must be graduates of an accredited dental assisting program, possess current BLS certification, and have at least one year of clinical experience. Dental hygienists must be graduates of an accredited dental hygiene program, hold a Minnesota RDH license, possess current BLS certification, and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.

Invoices shall be submitted electronically, in arrears: after services/goods have been received, rendered, inspected and accepted. Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The proposed equipment must meet or exceed all the specifications of the proposed unit.
