The bid is for the renovation and enhancement of a learning space at Grambling State University. Bids must be submitted electronically by October 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. The project includes work on doors, flooring, walls, windows, electrical, and lighting. Payment terms are net 30. A bid bond is required. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2025. Site visits are the responsibility of the bidder. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
The bid submissions are due on October 7, 2025 by 2:00 PM CST, and must be received electronically at purchasingbids@gram. edu.
Payment terms are net 30 after receipt of properly executed invoice or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later, as stated in the bid notice.
The manufacturers standard published warranty and provisions shall apply, unless more stringent warranties are otherwise required by grambling state university and specified in the solicitation.
The intent to award this bid on an all or none basis to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be stated on the bid form.
All contractors submitting a bid for this contract shall meet the requirements listed in the bid documents, including providing documentation in their bid submission that addresses each requirement.
Delinquent payment penalties are mandated and governed by louisiana r. s. 39: ****.
It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to visit and examine the jobsite, take measurements to hisher own satisfaction and determine conditions under which work is to be done.
Any person who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a contract shall protest to the director purchasing.
