Failure to provide any of the submission requirements outlined in Part XA12 may result in a proposal being not eligible for award.

Offerors must also provide the most recent and complete copy of the vessel's certificate of inspection (COI), including current endorsements or an explanation if unendorsed, and any outstanding USCG Form 835s and classification society deficiencies with expected correction dates. An accurate, feasible, and detailed stow plan is also required.

Failure to provide any of the submission requirements outlined in Part XA12 may result in a proposal being not eligible for award.
