Lease Financing Government Bids & RFPs

The lessor shall make payments to the thirdparty suppliers within four 4 business days of receipt of fully executed forms from the opf.

Payment for goods/services arising out of the contract resulting from this solicitation and received by the city shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.

The bidder shall state his normal warranty and any extended warranties where available. Excluding any manufacturers warranties and in addition to other warranties as provided by law or herein, all labor and materials are warranted to be free from defects for a minimum period of twentyfour 24 months after the date of final payment by the city.

Award of contract shall be made to the most responsive and responsible bidders whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the city of charleston, price and other factors considered.

The city reserves the right to request satisfactory evidence of any bidders ability to furnish services in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein.
