This is a Request for Information (RFI) from New Boston Space Force Station (NBSFS) to assess industry capability for providing independent Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for an upcoming Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) IDSACS effort. The government requires SME support for various phases including pre-award planning, solicitation development, technical evaluation, post-award design review, installation quality oversight, testing and acceptance, accreditation readiness, and sustainment transition. The SCIF IDSACS effort involves physical security, cybersecurity, SCIF accreditation, SSO review, ATO/ATC support, AO review, UL **** certification, NIST 128-bit encryption certification, training, testing, and sustainment. The RFI aims to validate industry capability, refine the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), identify feasible labor categories, and determine site visit assumptions. Interested parties should submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) detailing their company's experience and expertise, along with a capabilities statement. LOIs are due by 1:00 PM ET on June 2, 2026. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not obligate the government to any acquisition approach or award.
