Selected contractors shall accept multiple payments for photography services. A payment plan will be established between the ordering campus and contractor before the start of any work. Forney ISD shall consider the purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs, the vendor's past relationship with the district, the total long-term cost to the district, and any other relevant factor. The bid states that a proposer's violation of certain sections, such as those related to criminal history checks, shall constitute substantial failure. Forney ISD reserves the right to terminate any agreement in the event of a breach or default of the agreement by the vendor.
