This solicitation is for personal effects storage services for deployed service members. The contract will have one twelve-month base period followed by four twelve-month option periods. The contractor shall provide personnel, management, transportation, and equipment for packing and storage. The geographical area includes MCAS New River and MCB Camp Lejeune. The contractor must secure a centralized operations and storage facility within a seventy-mile radius of Camp Lejeune. Pickups and deliveries will be scheduled, with provisions for emergency services. Claims for loss or damage must be settled within 60 days. The estimated total value is $34,000,**** are due by July 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
Services will be performed between Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with up to 10 emergency pickup/drop-off visits outside regular work hours. The period of performance is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031.
Invoices are to be submitted monthly through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Payment will be made by the government upon approval of invoices by the contracting officer.
Contractors must be registered in SAM. gov and have a CAGE code and UEI. They must also be registered in the Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS) for base access.
If the contractor fails to settle a claim satisfactorily within 60 days, the claimant may file a concurrent claim with the U. S. Government. The government reserves the right to set off the amount of the claim against any amounts owed to the contractor if a meritorious claim is not paid promptly.
