The awarded vendor will provide periodic updates on the project to WCPSS as agreed upon between WCPSS and selected vendor. Vendors are subject to immediate disqualification for false or misleading information, efforts to dissuade or discourage other vendors, efforts to influence terms, bid collusion, or bid rigging. The study is expected to begin immediately upon contract execution and will be utilized as a component of the budget development for the **** school year. Strict deadlines will be adhered to. The offeror agrees not to use the results of the proposal as part of any news release or commercial advertising.
