The award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, considering price and other factors such as ability, capacity, skill, character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency.
Bidders must be state of Florida certified licensed general contractors or Miami-Dade County registered licensed general contractors or state of Florida certified underground utility and excavation contractors.
Liquidated damages apply for failure to achieve substantial completion ($2,232. 00/day) and final completion ($1,116. 09/day).
A site visit is mandatory and will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at Liberty Avenue north of 23rd Street public right-of-way, Miami Beach, FL ****.
