Deliveries must be made between 8:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday, and require a written purchase order. Deliveries must consist only of new merchandise or equipment and shall be made between 8:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m. prevailing time, monday through friday.

The city may investigate the proposer's ability to perform and reserves the right to reject proposals if the proposer is not qualified. he city may make such investigations as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the proposer to perform the work, and the proposer shall furnish the city all such information and data for this purpose as the city may request.

Proposals may be rejected if the proposer has previously failed to perform, is not in a position to perform, or has habitually neglected payments or obligations. he city reserves the right to reject the proposal of any proposer who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time, contracts of a similar nature, or who is not in a position to perform the contract, or who has habitually and without just cause, neglected the payment of bills or disregarded itsobligations to subcontractors, material, or employees.

Proposals must be submitted no later than Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. o later thantuesday, july 21, 2026, at 11: 00am.

Delivery is required by: 30 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

Prompt pay discount: 30 days, net 45 days.

The contractor guarantees all equipment, materials andor workmanship for a period of one 1 year after final inspection and acceptance.

Awards will be made to the bidder quoting the lowest net price in accordance with specifications.

Bidders must state and identify the product offered, such as manufacturers name, trade name, brand name and quality next to each item. We must know what has been offered.

Bids are due on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM prevailing time. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be accepted.

A pre-bid site inspection is mandatory on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 3 PM at the Yonkers Police ESU boat. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend this prebid conferencesite inspection.
