This is a sources sought announcement, not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a market survey to obtain information from qualified businesses, with special interest in SDVOSBs, VOSBs, and small businesses. Responses will assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. No solicitation is being issued at this time. Information submitted is voluntary. The Dublin VA Medical Center and VA Albany CBOC building require groundskeeping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation, debris removal, and pest control. Access to the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is required. Potential sources must provide company name, address, phone number, primary contacts, email address, NAICS codes, business size, DUNS number, and a statement of capability (no longer than 5 pages) demonstrating past performance in providing this type of service. Capability statements must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * by July 3, 2025, by 12:00 PM EST. Proof of ability to access the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is required. No capability statements may be submitted after July 3, 2025. A future notice will be posted when the solicitation is released. Sealed bids for hardscape and landscape work are due June 12, 2025, at 11:00 a. m. local time at the office of LJA Engineering, Inc. Bidders can also attend the opening by phone. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held remotely on June 3, 2025, at 10:00 a. m. local time. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified/cashier's check. Bidding documents can be examined at various locations or obtained for a fee. Electronic bids must be submitted through a specific website. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Requirements of subchapter J, chapter 552, Government Code, may apply.
