Supplies must be free from defects for twelve months or longer if specified. All manufacturer warranties transferred to state. free from defects for a period of twelve months or longer if so specified in writing

Vendor must pass security background checks. vendors shall submit names dates of birth and social security numbers of all onsite employees. . . for security background checks

Failure to pass background checks or urinalysis may prevent onsite access. any contractual personnel that do not pass the urinalysis and/or blood test will not be allowed onsite at the facility.
