Telephone Network Government Bids & RFPs

Deliveries shall be made within ten 10 working days after receipt of an order.

Payments will be paid in accordance with the state prompt payment act and rules when applicable. Invoices for supplies purchased, services performed, and expenses incurred through June 30 of any year must be submitted to the state no later than July 31 of that year.

Vendor warrants that the supplies furnished under this contract will conform to specifications, be merchantable, of good quality and workmanship, free from defects for a period of twelve months or longer if specified, fit for intended use, comply with all laws, be of good title, and not infringe on intellectual property rights. Vendor shall ensure all manufacturers warranties are transferred to the state.

The vendor shall be the manufacturer or an authorized dealer/distributor of the proposed items or be capable of providing genuine parts, assemblies and/or accessories as supplied by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The tollway may require a letter from the manufacturer authorizing distribution.

If the vendor fails to perform to the state's satisfaction, is in violation of a material provision, or lacks financial resources, the state may terminate the contract. The vendor shall be responsible for any incorrect or damaged shipments and defective merchandise, with arrangements for pickup within 48 hours and replacement or credit within 10 business days.

The vendor, upon request, shall be required to submit samples of substituted items. Samples shall be submitted by the vendor after award to the Illinois Tollway's Central Administration Building.

Bidders are required to bid on all lines in both category groups to be considered responsive. Failure to complete and upload required attachments will result in disqualification.

The contractor shall be certified as an authorized business partner of Avaya Government Solutions Inc. and qualified to provide switch maintenance support services and authorized as a reseller of Avaya Government Solutions maintenance, repair service, repair parts spare parts. The contractor must also hold a current ISO ****, ISO IEC ****, or CMMI level 2 or higher appraisal. All contractor personnel shall hold at minimum a valid U. S. tier 3 security clearance.
