This RFI seeks information from industry on developing an advanced attribute-based satellite communications scheduling and resource management capability. Respondents must describe how they would leverage existing investments to manage ground resources across diverse networks, optimize scheduled resources, and support multiple users at various security classification levels. Responses should include details on solutions for scheduling operations from individual satellites to constellations, automated scheduling via machine-machine interfaces, RFI deconfliction, dynamic space operations, and scalability. Responses must be submitted electronically via NIPR to the specified point of contact within 30 days of the RFI posting. Responses should be limited to 10 single-sided pages, including diagrams, and delivered in either PDF or Microsoft Word format. Proprietary information should be kept to a minimum and clearly marked.
