The period of performance is 210 days from notice to proceed.

This acquisition is a 100 woman owned small business WOSB set aside.

A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for June 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. All companies interested in attending the site visit must submit the names and relevant identifying information of their designated personnel in advance.

All requests for information RFIs or questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via the PIEE module no later than July 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.

Interested parties must be able to comply with all applicable U. S. and Italian laws, codes, and safety regulations. Applicable Italian certifications will be required, including but not limited to: chamber of commerce certification visura camerale and antimafia certificate. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO **** and ****, resulting in a firm fixed price contract.

Spacesaver Storage Systems Inc. can meet the government's specifications as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Information received by 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 21 July 2026, will be considered.

Utilizing a different vendor would necessitate a complete teardown and replacement of the entire functional structural footprint, resulting in a substantial and unacceptable duplication of cost to the government.

Bids must be electronically submitted no later than 11:00 a. m. local time on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

All payments will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Awarded vendors must register in the vendor self-service system to receive payment.

The successful bidder must assume full responsibility for providing warranty service on all goods, materials, or equipment provided to the county with warranty coverage.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder per janitorial group, based on calculation of cost per cleanable square footage and references.

Bidders must demonstrate the ability to organize and manage janitorial projects at multiple sites, have appropriate technical experience, adequate personnel and equipment, and suitable financial means.

Failure to meet cleaning standards or correct deficiencies may result in penalties, including withholding of payment based on the square footage of the affected area.

There will not be a scheduled site visit, but bidders are encouraged to visit the project sites on their own.

Protests must be submitted in writing to the purchasing agent. Protests arising from known factual or legal bases prior to submission must be within three business days of bid submission.

Disqualification may occur due to submission of more than one bid, evidence of collusion, unbalanced bids, or lack of competency.
