The evaluation will be based on the best value standard for purchase of goods or services, considering factors such as purchase price, meeting specifications, proposed costs, contractor stability, quality, reliability, delivery terms, and probable contractor performance.
Vendors must provide a description of their experience in providing similar programs and services, along with a list of at least three customer references from the past five years for services similar in scope.
Should the contractor consistently fail to meet specified delivery, Texas Southern University reserves the right to cancel upon 10 days written notice and purchase items elsewhere.
No prebid meeting is required for this solicitation.
Failure to manually sign the bid form will disqualify the bid. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda could result in an offer submission that cannot be considered. Non-compliance with Executive Order GA48 may lead to disqualification.
