Proposals for a warehouse lease in Fayetteville, NC are due by 3:00 PM EST on September 10, 2025. The RLP sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals. Proposals conforming to the RLP requirements will be evaluated in accordance with the method of award. The government will award the lease to the selected offeror, subject to the conditions herein.
