Delivery is FOB origin.

Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a source approval request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.

Proposals must be received within 6 days of this synopsis.

The government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Delivery is requested within ninety (90) days after the receipt of order (ARO). Early shipments are encouraged at no additional cost to the government.

Award will be made upon determination of fair and reasonable pricing.

Quotations must be received no later than 2:00 p. m. , EDT on 30 June 2026.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government utilizing the tradeoff process with the factors listed below. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers and are listed in descending order of importance. Non-price factors, when combined, are more important than price. Factor 1: Technical Acceptability. Factor 2: Delivery. Factor 3: Price. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers. All parts shall be new or new surplus approved parts. New surplus will be considered with approval from Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Engineering prior to award. If quoting new surplus, items must be in the original packaging and photos of the packaging items must be included with the quotation. Parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines. Failure to provide clear traceability to the OEM, or providing parts that are not new or new surplus approved (without prior approval), may lead to disqualification.
