All parts shall have clear traceability to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation CAGE Code **** means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM to its current location. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers. All parts shall be new or new surplus approved parts. New surplus will be considered with approval from Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Engineering prior to award. If quoting new surplus, items must be in the original packaging and photos of the packaging items must be included with the quotation. Parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines. Failure to provide clear traceability to the OEM, or providing parts that are not new or new surplus approved (without prior approval), may lead to disqualification. If full and clear traceability is not provided, alc will not accept delivery of the part and invoicing may not be approved for payment.
