Licensure is required as a minimum qualification for personnel performing the work.
If a selected contractor breaches its obligation to provide deliverables in accordance with the schedule, the contractor agrees to pay TWDB **** per day for each day of delay as liquidated damages.
Failure to clearly demonstrate compliance with minimum qualifications, failure to periodically check the eSBD for addenda, incomplete or late responses, and failure to abide by page limitations may result in disqualification.
