This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the AUTEC Replace Water Storage Tanks project in the Bahamas. The project involves repairs to the potable and fire supply water system. The contractor shall complete the work within 365 calendar days after date of award.
The government will make progress payments monthly as the work proceeds, or at more frequent intervals as determined by the contracting officer, on estimates of work accomplished which meets the standards of quality established under the contract, as approved by the contracting officer.
Award will be made to the responsible offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the government, price and nonprice factors considered.
Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award of a department of defense dod contract.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of 4,293 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for March 10, 2026 at 10:00am ET.
