If the contractor fails to comply after ten 10 days written notice, the city can cancel the contract and declare the contractor irresponsible for at least three years. in the event any provision of the contract, including the general provision and specifications, is violated, and the contractor fails or refuses to comply after ten 10 days written notice is given by the city, the city shall have the additional rights, without further notice, to cancel the contract and or declare such contractor to be an irresponsible bidder, in which case no contract shall be awarded him by the city for a period of at least three 3 years from the date of violation.

The scope of services includes warranty inspection 11month.

Lumpkin county shall, at its sole discretion, select the most qualified firm for this project, based on the best value evaluation of the following criteria: relevance and amount of previous experience. 30 methodology and approach. 20 scope and level of services. 25 demonstrated capacity to complete assignments and manage complex projects. 25

Proposing firms must submit qualifications including a brief history and overview of the firm and its general areas of practice.

Proposing companies certify that they are not currently debarred from submitting bids or proposals on contracts by any agency of the state of georgia and the federal government.

The department must receive the proposals for this rfp no later than 3: 00 pm mst, october 8, 2026.

Contract agreements will generally be administered on a costplus fixed fee basis.

All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the following factors: 1 team qualifications 50 points possible 2 project approach 100 points possible 3 record of past performance 30 points possible

Montana professional engineering licensure is required for this work and must be inhand at the time your proposal is submitted.

Late proposals will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified from further consideration.
