The required equipment is per the attached specifications, including its delivery timeframes.

The technical certification form must be submitted with the vendors bid package to be eligible for award.

The period of performance concludes upon successful delivery of all procured materials to NCCIPS, Zone B.

Vendor responsibilities include providing warranty documentation and any available installation guidance.

Upon receipt of a task order, the contractor has 12 months to deliver the order pickers and turret trucks. The delivered equipment must be setup and operational within ten (10) business days after delivery. This equipment shall come with the manufacturer's standard equipment warranty, access to technical support during the warranty period, and availability of spare parts for at least 5 years.
