The contractor must comply with all applicable safety and health regulations. Noise control measures must be implemented. Any unforeseen hazardous materials or interferences must be reported immediately to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
The period of performance for this contract is an initial 6-month base period of performance (POP) from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with four option periods of twelve months each. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) two business days in advance of the date intended work will commence each month.
