The bid notice states that all responses must be received by May 31st, 2026 at 9:00 am eastern time.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Responses must be received no later than 12:00 p. m. Central Time, Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Invoices shall be submitted annually, properly prepared in accordance with FAR ****, contain sufficient details, and match with the service tickets for work rendered. Payments shall be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act out of the government's annual appropriated funds obligated in a purchase order.

The Guldmann Basic High Sling is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with Guldmann warranty terms.

Responses shall contain capabilities statements to include unique entity identification UEI number, proof that you are an authorized dealer of Guldmann Basic High Sling and any qualifying certifications that may be required.

The bid notice states that responses to this sources sought notice are requested by 15:00 Central Standard Time on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

The bid notice requests that responses include business name, business address, point of contact name, phone number, e mail address, SAM UID number, whether currently registered in SAM (and expiration date if yes), NAICS code, business size (small or large), type of business (Service Disabled Veteran Owned SDVOSB, Veteran Owned VOSB, 8a, HUBZone, Woman Owned WOSB, etc. ), past performance (disclosure of patient transport services within the past five years with brief description, contract numbers, performance locations, and capabilities), GSA or VA FSS contract number if applicable, current fleet size, and ability to acquire additional vehicles.

Responses to this RFI must be received via email no later than 16:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 02, 2026.

The RFI states that any contract awarded based on information received will be the outcome of a competitive process, and responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract.

Interested sources must demonstrate their ability to provide supplies and services that fulfill the required specifications, including company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email, UEI number, CAGE code, and business size status. They must also indicate if they are the manufacturer, distributor, or an equivalent solution and provide information regarding ownership of items and authorization as a distributor if applicable.

The notice explicitly states that responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract, and that no contract award will be made based on this RFI.
