This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for HVAC replacement services at Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area (ONA) in Jupiter, FL. A minimum one-year labor warranty covering defects in installation or workmanship and a minimum five-year parts warranty for all major components are required. Any extended manufacturer warranty available at no additional cost must be included.
