A protest of a proposed award or of an award shall be filed within five 5 business days after the award of a contract or notice of apparent successful bidder/proposer, whichever is sooner.
Violations of contact restrictions may result in rejection of the proposal. Failure to comply with protest and appeal requirements will render a protest or an appeal untimely or inadequate and may result in rejection thereof by TCAT.
