If any respondent has an objection to the award, a protest must be furnished in writing to the executive director of procurement within ten (10) business days of the notification of non-award. if any respondent who submitted a qualifications response has an objection to the award of the contract to the selected respondent, the objecting respondent shall furnish that protest, in writing, to the executive director of procurement or designee within ten 10 business days of the notification of nonaward.
Violating the code of silence by contacting unauthorized representatives of NOLAPS can lead to disqualification. Failure to acknowledge addenda will also result in proposal rejection. respondents whoviolate this code of silence may be deemed nonresponsive, and their qualifications response may be rejectedfor cause. failure to acknowledge all addenda will result in the proposal being rejected.
