The City of Fort Lauderdale is seeking qualifications from licensed general contractors for residential rehabilitation and emergency repair services. Contractors will be prequalified to bid on projects as needed. A mandatory site visit is required for each individual project. The initial prequalification term is five years. Payment will be made via the city's P-card program. Contractors must be licensed and experienced in general contracting and residential rehabilitation for at least three years.
