remodel of Hwy 51 CCO Building remodel of the CCO building red brick on highway 51 address: **** Hwy 51, Tahlequah, Oklahoma **** all wood siding around the entire building both upper lower sections replace with a light gray sheetmetal with underlayment sweat guard. Guttering top cap of top section will need to be painted to match new sheetmetal due to TPO roofing that is attached. All other new top cap, trim, and rat guard will need to be included in bid. New trim soffit will need to be included over each entrance to the building. The metal cap will need replaced around the building also. The metal corner trim rat guard installed along bottom of the sheetmetal for metal to sit on. Install trim metal soffit on the front of the building by entrance on the section left of the main entrance. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment manpower necessary to deliver complete project.
