Guttering top cap of top section will need to be painted to match new sheetmetal due to TPO roofing that is attached. All other new top cap, trim, and rat guard will need to be included in bid. New trim soffit will need to be included over each entrance to the building. The metal cap will need replaced around the building also. The metal corner trim rat guard installed along bottom of the sheetmetal for metal to sit on.
