The completed proposal must be delivered by 11:00 a. m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Any proposal delivered after the proposal deadline will not be considered.

The Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners will review the rfp responses and score them on organization and professional staff, brokerage services, fees, and marketing plan and schedule.

Your firm must certify, by completing and signing the attestation of proposer, that it meets the minimum qualifications required.
