Payment will be made when Hocking Athens Perry Community Action has determined that the total work effort has been satisfactorily completed.

In awarding the bid, Hocking Athens Perry Community Action will take into consideration the total points of the offeror, but will ultimately award the bid to the firm it considers to be the best and most responsive to the request for proposal.

Only licensed certified public accountants may respond to this rfp.

If the offeror fails to make delivery of the audit reports within the time schedule specified herein, or if the offeror delivers audit reports that do not conform to all of the provisions of this contract, Hocking Athens Perry Community Action may, by written notice of default to the offeror, terminate the whole or any part of this contract as well as charge the offerer a penalty of 5 of total auditing cost for each day the audit is late.
