Technical proposals must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM local time on July 24, 2026. No proposal will be accepted after this date and time.

Invoices will be paid within 30 days unless otherwise specified or if any item is questioned.

A site visit is mandatory and will be held immediately after the pre-proposal conference on June 16, 2026. his will be the only date offered for a site visit please plan for about 3 hours in order to see all equipment.
