The City of Pocatello is seeking qualifications for engineering, design, and construction services for the Terry First Connection project. The City of Pocaello is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide services for the feasibility analysis, design, and renovation of a new city hall facility. The project involves the adaptive reuse of a historic building. The awarded firm must have experience with building designs, including preservation/adaptive reuse of historic buildings, building environmental review, building safety review, permitting processes, and preparation of building documents that comply with local, state, and federal requirements. The RFQ will be evaluated to select a candidate to negotiate a contract for a 12-month period with options to extend. All contracts must be awarded in accordance with the requirements of the RFQ. An addendum will be issued if necessary.

Sealed bids for the LSHH 245 N. 9th Ave. project must be received by 4:00 PM MT on September 12, 2025, at the city of Pocatello office. The project includes exterior lead-based paint encapsulation and exterior/interior remediation, including scraping, painting, and priming, as well as gutter repair/replacement. Contractors must follow HUD and EPA regulations, including certifications for lead-based paint abatement supervisor, lead-based paint abatement worker, and lead renovation, repair, and painting (RRP), and asbestos abatement. A 1-year workmanship warranty and at least a 1-year product warranty are required. The city will consider all acceptable bids on a basis consistent with the bid package and whether the bidder is a responsible bidder. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the city. This is a synopsis for a BPA call order for vault pumping services at various USDA Forest Service locations. The call order will be issued via email to companies listed on the BPA. The procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the vault pumping BPA. No proposals are requested in response to this synopsis.
