Tillman County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for the construction of a concrete slab and a 50 x 80 x 16 metal building kit for the jail annex project. Bids must be in writing, include an affidavit of non-collusion, and be plainly marked six month bids on the lower left corner of the envelope. Bids can be mailed to P. O. Box 992, Frederick, OK ****, or delivered to 201 N. Main, Frederick, OK. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a. m. on June 8, 2026. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will consider all bids based on the best value to Tillman County. Readymix concrete must meet minimum specifications of **** psi and **** psi, and all materials must meet Oklahoma Department of Transportation specifications. The county may purchase from state contracts if a lower bid is available. Current Oklahoma statutes will be complied with. Completed affidavits of non-collusion are required. Materials and supplies are to be delivered to county barns at Grandfield, Frederick, or Tipton. Prices bid must include delivery to any location in Tillman County. Pipe bids should be for delivered items. Deliveries are to be made as needed from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Proof of liability insurance may be required for services or contract labor. Delivery Deadline The bid notice states that sealed bids shall be delivered or mailed to the purchasing agent located in the Tillman County Clerk's office, Tillman County Courthouse, P. O. Payment Terms The bid notice states that the owner will make partial payments based upon work complete. Ten percent (10%) of all partial payments made shall be withheld as retainage. At any time the contractor has completed in excess of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount, the retainage shall be reduced to five percent (5%) of the amount earned to date if the owner authorizes.
