The tender is for the repair of the roof of building F542 at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The scope of work includes replacing the roof, flashing, fascia panels, gutters, and downspouts. The contractor must ensure a watertight roof to vertical brick wall transition. The contractor must also replace existing damaged or broken manufactured stone copings with new, match existing. The duration of the project is 180 calendar days, with up to 120 calendar days for nonperformance for delegated design, mobilization, and material lead time.
