Sealed proposals are requested for the relocation of PreK and Kindergarten playground equipment and impact surfaces at Barnes Elementary. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Barnes Elementary. Proposals are due May 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Equivalent brands are acceptable, but bidders must provide supporting documentation. Delivery is required by August 1st, 2025. A one-year warranty is required for the instruments, with two years for SFZ models. Cases have a 10-year warranty. The successful bidder agrees to replace the unit with a new piece of equipment if the same problem occurs three times in the first year. All shipping and installation costs must be included in the bid price.
