Grambling State University is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for talent acquisition, entertainment programming, and event support services. Submissions will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, talent network, industry relationships, experience supporting higher education institutions, understanding of university objectives, and proposed service approach.
Firms must demonstrate experience in talent management, entertainment programming, artist booking, speaker procurement, and event consulting, particularly with colleges and universities.
Any protest must be submitted in writing to the Director of Purchasing no later than two business days prior to the deadline for receipt of statements of qualifications.
Failure to comply with the blackout period, submitting late, or providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
