To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a valid qualification acceptance letter, or government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.

Contractor shall begin the work September 15, 2026, weather and snow conditions permitting, and complete all services by November 1, 2027.

The agency will hold the contract and be responsible for payment.

Contractor must have a compactor meeting specific specifications and 2 years of experience in road resurfacing or similar work. Bidders must also provide 3 references from similar projects.
