Proposals are due by October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET. The RFP states: proposal due date: october 26, 2026 by 11: 00 am et.

Invoices are paid within 30 calendar days of receipt. The RFP states: usac will pay invoices submitted in accordance with section 6 of these usac standard terms and conditions within thirty 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice.

Offerors must possess deep Oracle EBS on OCI expertise. The RFP states: a suitable contractor must possess deep oracle ebs on oci expertise and can demonstrate such through past experiences providing om as a managed service providerintegrator.

SLA credits apply for missed resolution targets. The RFP states: sla credits shall apply for failures to meet p1 resolution targets. credits are assessed at five percent 5 of the applicable monthly fixed fee per individual sla breach.

Proposals must include an executed confidentiality agreement. The RFP states: this rfp is subject to the terms of the confidentiality agreement attached hereto as attachment 2 which must be executed by offeror and submitted along with any proposal for this rfp.

Payment is made only after formal written acceptance of milestones. The solicitation states: the state will only make payment for a deliverablebased milestone occurring prior to complete implementation of the fyf portal after the state has formally accepted the applicable milestone in writing.

The award is based on best value. The solicitation states: the state will award a contract to the offeror whose final revised proposal represents the best value for the government.

Fee reductions apply for performance failures. The solicitation states: for each critical implementation slr or quality gate failure within a measurement period, the state may apply a fee reduction against the applicable implementation fees as follows: first critical failure, 5 second critical failure, an additional 5 for a total of 10 third critical failure, an additional 5 for a total of 15 and each additional critical failure, an additional 5, up to a maximum of 40 of the applicable implementation fees.

Proposals must be submitted by October 30, 2026, 12:00 PM MT. The RFP states: responses due october 30, 2026 12: 00pm mt.

Payment is made upon inspection and acceptance of services. The RFP states: when they find the services acceptable under the contract documents and the contract fully performed, the owner shall make payment in the manner provided in the contract documents.

The award is based on best value. The RFP states: the owner desires to maximize the purchasing value of public funds. It is the intention of the owner to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible and bestvalue offeror.

Offerors must provide qualifications and relevant experience. The RFP states: provide offerors qualifications, credentials that are relevant to the solicited scope of services, including experience and education of the primary members of the consultant team.

Protests must be filed within 7 business days. The RFP states: the protest shall be submitted in writing to the owners chief financial officer within seven 7 business days after such aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto.

Proposals received after the deadline will be considered nonresponsive. The RFP states: Proposals received after the solicitation close date and time will be considered nonresponsive and not accepted.

Responses are due no later than 5:00 pm est on october 13, 2026.

Payment shall be made for items accepted by the government that have been delivered to the delivery destinations set forth in this contract.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award the contract to the quoters responsible whose quotation demonstrates compliance with the specifications for all 12 individual clothing samples and provides the best value to the government, considering both price and the nonprice evaluation factors identified in the solicitation.

All quoters are required to submit the specified samples of each required item for government review and approval.

Failure to submit all required samples for government review and approval may result in the quotation being deemed nonresponsive and will preclude the quotation from being evaluated for potential award.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the quoters responsible whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
